Lord Allah quotes a parable: A slave who is owned by someone and unable to do a thing, and another one who is provided with a good provision from Us and he spends from it privately and publicly; are they both equal? Praise be to Allah! But most of them do not have Knowledge.
This verse addresses the Meccan pagans at the time of Messenger where slavery existed. It is told in verse 39: 29: “Lord quotes a parable: A person under several owners and a person exclusively under one owner, are they both equal? Praise be to Allah! But most of them are not having Knowledge”. Today, these verses are read by Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have made their food ‘rejecting Adhikr’ as explained in verse 7: 26. Adhikr is the Three-Time-Knowledge which is codified through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. So nobody can become a believer without utilizing It as explained in verse 10: 100. It is told in verse 32: 18: “Is then, the one who is a believer is just like the one who is a transgressor? They are not equal”. See explanation 2: 99; 16: 36, 43; 9: 67-68 and 71-72.
